healthcare in P.R. China. For HLSP/ the World Bank, and the Foreign
Loans Office of P.R. China. Assessing and introducing improvements to the
HVIII rural healthcare project, which includes strengthening existing
facilities and equipment infrastructure in health centres/hospitals;
improving capability of medical staff; developing uniform sets of
standards; establishing specific quality indicators; strengthening
organisational structure and managers ability to plan and evaluate.
